Schools & Colleges

WiFi for Schools & Colleges

Personal WiFi logins for students, teachers and visitors, with unsafe sites filtered, hours and data limits by group, and a record of who used what - managed from the cloud, in India and abroad.

Why a shared password does not work in a school

Once the WiFi password is on the noticeboard, every phone in the building is on it - the network is slow in class, nobody can be held to the acceptable-use policy, and when something harmful is accessed there is no way to know whose device it was.

With iberry, every student and member of staff has their own login, or a voucher for visitors and exam days. Each group gets its own rules: what is filtered, at what hours the WiFi works, how fast and how much. Every session is recorded against the person, so the policy can actually be applied.

What schools set up

🧑‍🎓

Logins per student and teacher

Created in bulk from your class lists, with a device limit per person so one login is not shared across a hostel floor.

🛡️

Content filtering

Adult, gambling and known malware sites blocked by category, with stricter rules for students than for staff.

🕒

Time schedules

WiFi for students during set hours only, or off during exams, applied by group.

📊

Records and reports

Who logged in, from which device, when and how much data, kept available to the school.

Colleges with hostels and residential campuses: see WiFi for hostels, PGs and colleges.

Frequently asked questions

Can students use their own phones?

Yes, with their own login and a limit on how many devices it covers. School-owned tablets and laptops can be given their own network and rules.

Can you block social media during class hours?

Yes. Rules can differ by group and by time of day, so a site can be allowed after school and blocked during lessons.

Do you work with schools outside India?

Yes, remotely. A local electrician or IT partner fits the access points to our plan and we manage the rest. On-site installation by iberry engineers is offered in India.

What does it cost?

Published plans in India start at ₹30,000 one-time with ₹15,000 yearly maintenance; properties outside India are quoted per project, because the hardware is usually bought locally.
