Your router or controller - MikroTik, TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi - sends each guest login to the iberry cloud, which checks it, applies that guest's speed, data and time limits and records the session. A local installer fits the cabling and access points to our plan; we configure, monitor and change everything remotely. Support is in English.
One thing to know before you start: guest login and session data is held in the iberry cloud, which is hosted in India. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR that is a transfer of personal data to a third country, so it needs a lawful transfer mechanism. Talk to your data-protection adviser first; if your rules require EU hosting, tell us and we will say plainly whether we can meet them.

Yes, remotely. A local installer fits the hardware to our plan and we configure and manage the rest from the cloud. On-site installation by iberry engineers is offered in India only.
We will not make a blanket claim. Guest data is hosted in India, which under the GDPR is a transfer to a third country; whether and how that works for your property is a question for your data-protection adviser. Tell us your requirements before you start.

Published plans in India start at ₹30,000 one-time with ₹15,000 yearly maintenance; outside India every project is quoted on its own, because the hardware is usually bought locally.
