City hotels in Colombo, hill-country bungalows in Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Ella, beach hotels and villas from Negombo to Galle, Mirissa, Arugam Bay and Trincomalee: a proper guest login, a fair share of the line for every room, and someone watching the network - managed remotely by iberry from India.
Most complaints come from the same few causes: one shared password that every guest and their friends use, no limit per device so one streaming room slows the rest, a single fibre or 4G line with nothing behind it, and access points placed for the building plan rather than for the rooms with thick walls. Long, spread-out villa and bungalow properties add outdoor gaps between blocks.
iberry fixes the management side: each room or voucher gets its own login with a speed and device limit, a second line takes over when the first fails, and we see problems from the dashboard before guests write a review about them.
Room number and surname through the PMS where it can be reached, or QR vouchers handed out at check-in.
A speed cap and device limit per login, so the line is shared fairly when the hotel is full.
Automatic failover from fibre to a 4G/5G line when the main connection drops.

You send the site layout, the number of rooms or users and your internet line. We design the network and the login: vouchers, SMS OTP if an SMS route to your mobile networks is confirmed, or room-and-surname login if your PMS can be reached.
We arrange the MikroTik router and access points through a local vendor in your country, so there is no import and no customs delay. If a model is not available locally we ship it from India through our shop wifishop.in; only then do customs duty and import taxes apply, quoted per order.
A local electrician or IT partner fits the cabling and access points to our plan, with us on a WhatsApp or video call.
The router connects to the iberry cloud over an encrypted tunnel. We configure the hotspot, login page and limits remotely, then monitor it and make changes for you. Support is in English, by WhatsApp, phone and email; guest session records are held in India.
Enough access points placed for the rooms (not one router at reception), a MikroTik router doing per-guest login and limits, a backup line, and someone monitoring it. iberry provides the login, limits and monitoring remotely; the hardware is usually supplied through a Sri Lankan vendor.
Yes. A single router and a few access points with QR vouchers per booking is enough for a small villa; the same dashboard runs a 200-room hotel.
No. iberry is based in Mohali, India, and works in Sri Lanka remotely with a local electrician or IT partner for the physical work. Support is in English by WhatsApp +91 98550 21117, phone and email.
Tell us the town, the number of rooms and your internet lines. See also hotel WiFi in South Asia. Outside India every project is quoted on its own: the hardware (usually supplied through a local vendor in your country, so there is no import) and the yearly remote management. Published India plans start at ₹30,000 one-time with ₹15,000 a year, as a guide to scale.
