Every guest who connects to your WiFi is holding their phone, on your premises, at a good moment. iberry's Social Wi-Fi page uses that moment: right after login, guests see your Google review, Instagram and Facebook buttons and today's offers - one tap each, never forced.
Room and surname, room PIN, voucher or mobile OTP - the same captive portal as before. Nothing about the login changes.
Instead of a blank browser, the guest lands on your page: your cover photo and logo, a welcome line, and one-tap buttons for your Google review, Instagram and Facebook pages.
Happy hour, the spa, a restaurant special - the same offers you show on the login page appear here as cards.
Guests who want your offers can leave their name and mobile number and tick a consent box. Nothing is collected without that tick.
One tap takes the guest to the internet - your website, or Google if you have none. The page never blocks access.
See it on a phone: open any theme in our captive portal gallery and log in - the after-login page is part of every demo.
How many guests tapped Leave a Google review in the last 30 days.
How many opened your profile from the WiFi page.
Name, mobile and date for guests who asked for offers, with their consent recorded.
A tap is counted, not a finished review or a follow - Google, Instagram and Facebook do not tell anyone who reviewed or followed. Compare your review count before and after switching the page on.
Making guests like a page or post a review before they get internet breaks the platforms' own rules. Facebook stopped allowing like-gating in 2014, and Google's review policy forbids offering anything in exchange for a review and asking only happy customers (review gating). Pages built that way get reviews removed and listings penalised.
So every guest sees the same buttons, with no discount for a review, and the internet works whether they tap or not. Logins stay on room number, voucher or OTP, which also keeps the session records that WiFi log compliance needs.
Google Business Profile gives you a short link that opens the review box straight away. Paste that, not your Maps listing.
The WiFi page is seen the moment a guest gets online - usually on arrival. A hotel can also print the review QR code on the checkout bill; a restaurant on the table card next to the WiFi voucher.
One clear button for the review, then the others. Pages with six equal buttons get fewer taps on each.
Replies show future guests you read them, and new reviewers see that their words reach a person.
Hotels and resorts, restaurants, cafés and bars, co-working spaces, conference and event venues - any place where guests use your WiFi and a review helps the next customer choose you. It is switched on per property and uses your portal theme.
Using the guest WiFi login and the page after it to reach customers on your premises: asking for a Google review, growing Instagram, showing offers and, with consent, collecting contacts for later offers.
Yes. A one-tap Leave a Google review button on the page guests see right after logging in puts your direct review link in front of every connected guest. iberry counts the taps so you can see how many guests it reached.
No. iberry logins are by room and surname, voucher, PIN or SMS OTP. Social buttons appear after login, as an invitation, not a condition.
No. Facebook does not allow like-gating, and Google forbids rewarding or gating reviews. Pages that do it risk removed reviews. The iberry page asks every guest the same way and never blocks the internet.
Only when a guest chooses to: the optional send-me-offers form takes a name and mobile number with a consent tick. Guests who skip it are not added to any list.
Send us your Google review link, Instagram and Facebook pages and one offer, and we switch it on. See the live portal themes. Published plans in India start at ₹30,000 one-time with ₹15,000 yearly maintenance; outside India every project is quoted on its own.
