Branded captive portal, voucher, OTP and PMS login, per-user limits and a record of every session - for hotels, resorts, cafés, airports, schools and hotspot businesses anywhere, set up and run remotely by iberry.
iberry runs guest WiFi from a cloud platform. The router or controller at the property - MikroTik, TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi - hands every login to the iberry cloud, which checks it, applies that user's speed, data and time limits, and records the session. Nothing about this depends on the property being in India, so a lodge in Nepal, a resort in the Maldives, a café chain in Nairobi and a hotel in Mexico are run from the same dashboard as a hotel in Mohali.
What changes from country to country is who holds the screwdriver. In India our own engineers install. Everywhere else, a local electrician or IT partner fits the cabling and access points following our plan, with us on a call, and we do the rest remotely: the captive portal, the cloud AAA login system, the limits, the monitoring and the changes.
Printed QR vouchers and PIN codes, generated in batches with their own time, speed and data allowance. They need no SMS route and no PMS, so they work everywhere from the first day.
Property name, logo, colours, language of your choice and your own terms of use. Guests see your brand, not ours.
Per-user speed caps, data allowances and device limits, so one heavy user cannot take a costly satellite or rural line from everyone else.
Who logged in, with which voucher, number or room, from which device, when, and how much they used - available to you when someone asks.
SMS one-time passwords need an SMS route to your country's mobile networks, and room-and-surname login needs your PMS to be reachable. We confirm both before you rely on them.
Monitoring, changes and fixes over the internet, by phone, WhatsApp and email. Support is in English.

Yes. The platform is run from the cloud and reaches the property's router or controller over the internet, so it works wherever there is an internet line. On-site installation by iberry engineers is offered in India; elsewhere a local partner fits the hardware to our plan.
MikroTik RouterOS, TP-Link Omada and Ubiquiti UniFi. If you already have one of these, we can usually take it over rather than replace it. See Omada and UniFi hotspot and MikroTik services.
Authentication and session records are held by the iberry cloud, which is hosted in India. If your country's data-protection rules need the records kept elsewhere, tell us before you start and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet them.
Published plans in India start at ₹30,000 one-time with ₹15,000 yearly maintenance; properties outside India are quoted per project, because the hardware is usually bought locally. Send us the country, the property type and the number of rooms or users for a quote.
