WiFi Solution for Hotels in Saudi Arabia

Hotels and furnished apartments in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Al Khobar: a login page in Arabic and English, per-guest speed and device limits that hold up when every room is full, and a record of every session - set up and managed remotely.

Built for full houses

Pilgrim hotels in Makkah and Madinah often run at full occupancy with several guests and many phones per room, all online at the same hours. A shared password collapses under that load. With iberry each room or voucher gets its own login with a device limit and a speed cap, so the line is shared fairly and one room cannot use it all.

Groups and agents can be given voucher batches per group, valid for the length of the stay, and front desks can see which room is using what.

What you get

🔑

Room or voucher login

Room and surname via the PMS where it can be reached, or QR vouchers per room or group.

📱

Device limits

Your brand and terms on the login page, in Arabic and English.

📋

Records

Who was online, from which device, when and how much.

Rules to check in Saudi Arabia

Telecommunications and equipment are regulated by the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST), and personal data by the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), overseen by SDAIA. Use equipment that meets CST requirements. Guest session records with iberry are held in India - check with your adviser whether your property needs them kept in the Kingdom before you rely on that.

How we deliver outside India

1. Plan

You send the site layout, the number of rooms or users and your internet line. We design the network and the login: vouchers, SMS OTP if an SMS route to your mobile networks is confirmed, or room-and-surname login if your PMS can be reached.

2. Hardware

We ship the router, access points and switches from India through our shop wifishop.in, or you buy the same MikroTik, TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi models from a local distributor. Shipping, customs duty and import taxes are quoted per order.

3. Install

A local electrician or IT partner fits the cabling and access points to our plan, with us on a WhatsApp or video call.

4. Remote setup and support

The router connects to the iberry cloud over an encrypted tunnel. We configure the hotspot, login page and limits remotely, then monitor it and make changes for you. Support is in English, by WhatsApp, phone and email; guest session records are held in India.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best WiFi solution for a hotel in Makkah or Madinah?

One that gives every room its own login with a device limit and speed cap, so the line holds up at full occupancy, with enough access points for the corridors and rooms. iberry provides the login, limits and management as a cloud service on MikroTik, Omada or UniFi equipment.

How much is a MikroTik router in Saudi Arabia?

It depends on the model and dealer. We can ship hardware from India with the project or you can buy it locally from a CST-compliant supplier; either way we configure it remotely.

Is support available in Arabic?

The login page can be in Arabic and English. Support from iberry is in English, by WhatsApp, phone and email.
