Remote Managed Hotel WiFi
for the Middle East & Asia

Cloud-managed guest WiFi for hotels and resorts in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Southeast Asia - captive portal, voucher login and per-guest limits, set up and run remotely by iberry.

The same platform, wherever the hotel is

iberry runs guest WiFi for hotels across India from a cloud platform, and nothing in that platform depends on the property being in India. The router at the hotel connects to the iberry cloud over an encrypted tunnel; authentication, guest policy and reporting happen there; and the property never hosts a server of its own. A resort in the Maldives is managed from exactly the same dashboard as a hotel in Mohali.

What changes abroad is who holds the screwdriver. Cabling and access points are put in by a local electrician or IT partner following our plan; we do everything after that - router configuration, the cloud AAA login system, the branded portal, the speed and data limits, monitoring and changes - remotely. If you are still comparing vendors, the hotel WiFi software buyer’s guide sets out what to check first.

How a remote deployment works

Six steps, and only the second one needs anyone on site.

📦

1. The router

A MikroTik RouterOS router, bought locally or supplied by us. It is standard hardware sold worldwide, so a replacement is a local purchase, not an import from a single vendor.

🔌

2. Local installation

Cabling and access points are installed by your electrician or local IT partner. We send the plan and stay on a call while it goes in; we do not fly engineers abroad.

🔒

3. The tunnel

The router opens an encrypted WireGuard tunnel to the iberry cloud. From then on we configure and manage it remotely, and the tunnel keeps working even when the guest-facing side has failed.

🔑

4. Guest login and policy

Branded captive portal, PIN codes and printed QR vouchers, per-guest speed and data caps, session limits and device counts per room - all set from the cloud dashboard.

📊

5. Records and reporting

Every session is recorded per user and per device and kept available to the property, which is what a hotspot operator is asked for when someone wants to know who was online.

🧑‍💻

6. Ongoing support

Monitoring, changes and troubleshooting are done remotely over the tunnel, by phone, WhatsApp and email, the same way we support properties across India.

Where we work

Remote management for hotels and resorts across these regions; on-site installation in India.

Middle East (GCC)

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait. Hotel apartments, business hotels and multi-property groups, where one dashboard across several buildings and a record of every guest session matter more than a nicer login page.

South Asia & the Himalaya

Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh. Lodges, heritage hotels and resorts, often on a modest uplink. Per-guest speed and data caps are what keep a small connection usable for everyone in the property.

The Maldives & island resorts

Maldives. Resorts where bandwidth to the island is costly, so it has to be shared by policy rather than first come, first served - and where there is no IT person on the island to fix a login page.

Southeast Asia

Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, the Philippines. Boutique hotels, hostels and resort groups that want branded guest login, voucher sales for walk-ins and central management without hosting a RADIUS server themselves.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with hotels outside India?

Yes. iberry manages hotel and guest WiFi remotely for properties in the Middle East and across Asia's tourism countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. The platform runs in the cloud and reaches the property's router over an encrypted tunnel, so distance does not change what we can do from the dashboard.

Who installs the equipment if you are not on site?

Your own electrician or a local IT partner installs the cabling and access points, following our plan, with us on the call. We then configure the router, the captive portal and the guest policies remotely. On-site installation by iberry engineers is offered in India only.

Which login methods work abroad?

PIN codes, printed QR vouchers and the branded captive portal work anywhere. SMS one-time passwords need an SMS route in your country, and login by room number and surname needs your PMS to be reachable, so we confirm both for your property before you commit to either.

How is pricing handled outside India?

Our published plans are in Indian rupees, from ₹30,000 one-time with ₹15,000 yearly maintenance. Properties outside India are quoted per project, because the hardware is bought locally and the scope depends on the site. Send us the room count and location for a quote.

Does guest data leave the property?

Authentication and session records are handled by the iberry cloud over the encrypted tunnel and kept available to the property. Logging and data rules differ from country to country, so tell us what your local regulator expects and we will set the records up to match.
