Hotels, homestays, serviced apartments and resorts in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Ha Long and Sa Pa: a guest login instead of a password on the wall, a fair share of the line for every room, a backup line, and remote monitoring by iberry on MikroTik hardware bought in Vietnam.
Many Vietnamese hotels run one password per floor on consumer routers. It works until the hotel is full: guests share the password, one room streams and the rest slow down, and nobody knows which router has failed. With iberry the property runs on a MikroTik router (sold widely in Vietnam) and access points, each room or voucher gets its own login and limits, and we see faults remotely.
Room and surname through the PMS, or QR vouchers per stay.
Speed and device limits per room, so a full house stays usable.
Failover between two fibre providers, or fibre and 4G.
Your brand, terms and text in Vietnamese and English on the login page.
Public internet access points and the records they keep are covered by Vietnam's rules on internet services, and personal data by Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and the newer Personal Data Protection Law. Check the current requirements for your property with your adviser. Guest session records with iberry are held in India - check with your adviser whether that suits your property before you rely on it.
You send the site layout, the number of rooms or users and your internet line. We design the network and the login: vouchers, SMS OTP if an SMS route to your mobile networks is confirmed, or room-and-surname login if your PMS can be reached.
We arrange the MikroTik router and access points through a local vendor in your country, so there is no import and no customs delay. If a model is not available locally we ship it from India through our shop wifishop.in; only then do customs duty and import taxes apply, quoted per order.
A local electrician or IT partner fits the cabling and access points to our plan, with us on a WhatsApp or video call.
The router connects to the iberry cloud over an encrypted tunnel. We configure the hotspot, login page and limits remotely, then monitor it and make changes for you. Support is in English, by WhatsApp, phone and email; guest session records are held in India.
Yes, through Vietnamese distributors and resellers. For an iberry project we usually arrange it through a local vendor and configure it remotely.
Yes. One small router and two or three access points with QR vouchers is enough, managed from the same dashboard as a large hotel.
Yes: the login page text, terms and buttons can be in Vietnamese and English.
Tell us the city, the number of rooms and your internet lines. See also hotel WiFi in Southeast Asia. Outside India every project is quoted on its own: the hardware (usually supplied through a local vendor in your country, so there is no import) and the yearly remote management. Published India plans start at ₹30,000 one-time with ₹15,000 a year, as a guide to scale.
