Office Networks

Office Network Setup Services

The whole office network from one team: cabling, business-grade WiFi, firewall, VPN for staff and branches, a backup internet line and cameras - designed for how you work, installed properly and looked after afterwards.

What a properly set-up office network includes

🔌

Structured cabling

Cat6 to every desk, camera and access point, terminated, labelled and tested. See LAN and structured cabling.

📶

Business WiFi

Access points placed by survey, not guesswork - MikroTik, TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi - with separate staff and guest networks.

🧱

Firewall

Staff, guest, camera and accounts networks kept apart, filtering, logs. See firewall for small business.

🔒

VPN

Staff working from home and branches linked to head office. See corporate VPN.

🔄

Backup internet

A second line with automatic failover. See internet failover.

📹

CCTV

Cameras on their own network, viewable remotely without opening them to the internet. See camera installation.

How the work is done

1. Survey

We walk the office, count users and devices, check where the internet comes in and where people actually sit, and agree what has to work on day one.

2. Design

A plan of networks, cable runs, access points and rules, and a quote you can compare line by line.

3. Install

Cabling, equipment and configuration, usually done around working hours, with the old network kept running until the new one is tested.

4. Hand over

A record of what is where, the passwords handed to you, and a test of every desk, printer, camera and line.

5. Look after it

Yearly maintenance: remote monitoring, rule changes when staff join and leave, updates and support when something stops working.

Where we work

In India our engineers install directly in the Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula tricity and by arrangement across North India and beyond. Outside India - the Gulf, South Asia, Africa, Europe - a local installer fits the cabling and equipment to our design, and we configure, monitor and maintain the network remotely. The firewall, WiFi and VPN are managed the same way wherever the office is.

Frequently asked questions

What does a small office network setup cost?

It depends on the number of desks, the cabling and the equipment, so we quote after a survey. Firewall plans start at ₹30,000 one-time in India with ₹15,000 yearly maintenance; cabling and access points are quoted per site.

Can you set up the network in a new office before we move in?

Yes, and it is the best time: cable runs are easiest before furniture arrives. We plan with your fit-out contractor and have the network tested before your first working day.

Do you provide network AMC?

Yes. Yearly maintenance covers remote monitoring, changes, updates and support. For a network we did not install, we review it first.

Can staff work from home securely?

Yes, over a VPN to the office: they reach the file server, accounting software or ERP as if they were at their desk, and nothing in the office is exposed to the internet.

Do you set up office networks in Dubai or abroad?

Yes. A local installer does the physical work to our design and we configure and manage everything remotely. Projects abroad are quoted individually; support is in English.

Setting up or fixing an office network?

Tell us the number of people, the size of the office and what is not working today. Published firewall plans in India are ₹30,000, ₹50,000 and ₹99,000 one-time, each with ₹15,000 yearly maintenance; DNS Hosted Security is ₹9,000 a year. Outside India every project is quoted on its own, because the hardware is usually bought locally.
