For hotspot businesses, hotels, guest houses, schools and campuses in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi and Cape Coast: vouchers with a time, speed and data allowance, sales per agent and records of every session - managed from the cloud on MikroTik equipment.
Hourly, daily, weekly or monthly packages and data bundles, in batches per agent or per site.
Speed and data limits on every package, so peak hours stay usable for everyone.
Personal student logins with data caps and filtering. See WiFi for schools.
Vouchers per room or login by room and surname where the PMS allows.
Payment by MTN MoMo or other mobile money on the login page itself is not built into the platform today. What works from the first day is the way most hotspots already sell: vouchers sold for cash or mobile money by your agents, shop counter or front desk.
Communications services and equipment are regulated by the National Communications Authority (NCA), which also type-approves equipment. Personal data falls under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), overseen by the Data Protection Commission. Confirm what applies to you before launch; we set up the records to match.
You send the site layout, the number of rooms or users and your internet line. We design the network and the login: vouchers, SMS OTP if an SMS route to your mobile networks is confirmed, or room-and-surname login if your PMS can be reached.
We ship the router, access points and switches from India through our shop wifishop.in, or you buy the same MikroTik, TP-Link Omada or Ubiquiti UniFi models from a local distributor. Shipping, customs duty and import taxes are quoted per order.
A local electrician or IT partner fits the cabling and access points to our plan, with us on a WhatsApp or video call.
The router connects to the iberry cloud over an encrypted tunnel. We configure the hotspot, login page and limits remotely, then monitor it and make changes for you. Support is in English, by WhatsApp, phone and email; guest session records are held in India.
Software that sells and controls WiFi access: it makes vouchers, checks them at login, enforces each one's time, speed and data limits, and records usage and sales. iberry runs it in the cloud, so the site only needs a MikroTik router and access points.
It depends on model and dealer. We can ship MikroTik hardware from India via wifishop.in, with shipping and duties quoted per order, or you can buy locally.
Not today. Agents and counters selling vouchers for MoMo or cash is how the system is used now.
Tell us the town and how you plan to sell access. In French for West Africa: WiFi zone tickets. Outside India every project is quoted on its own: the hardware (shipped from India or bought locally), shipping and import duties, and the yearly remote management. Published India plans start at ₹30,000 one-time with ₹15,000 a year, as a guide to scale.
