Survey, cabling, racks, switching and access point placement - installed by iberry’s own engineers across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur, and managed from the cloud afterwards.
When guests say the internet is bad, the cause is usually physical long before it is anything to do with software. An access point three rooms too far away, a backbone run that was never upgraded past the speed it was installed at, a rack where nothing is labelled and every fault becomes an excavation, or a building where the cabling grew one emergency at a time.
No captive portal fixes any of that. So iberry treats the cabling and the platform as one piece of work: survey the building, install what the building needs, then run the authentication, policy and reporting on top of it. When both halves are ours, nobody gets to say the problem belongs to the other contractor.
Scoped per site after a survey - a 20-room hotel and a multi-floor office are different jobs.
Someone walks the building before anything is quoted: wall construction, riser routes, where the rooms are relative to the plant room, and where the wireless will struggle. A survey is what stops a cabling job being re-done a year later.
Horizontal runs to each outlet and backbone between floors, terminated on patch panels in a rack rather than improvised into a cupboard. Labelled at both ends, so the next fault is a five-minute job instead of an afternoon.
A rack sized for what goes in it now and what is likely next, with the switching, the router and the UPS feed arranged so the cabling can be traced by someone who did not install it.
Coverage planned room by room rather than by spacing APs evenly down a corridor and hoping. In a hotel the walls decide the plan, and the far wing is where guests complain from.
Guest traffic, staff traffic, cameras and the PMS separated at the switch as well as at the firewall, so the isolation is not one rule deep.
Where copper will not reach - between blocks, across a compound, up a tall riser - fibre with the media conversion handled as part of the same job.
Yes - for most of our sites it is one job. The survey, the cabling, the access points, the router and the hotspot platform are delivered together, which avoids the familiar situation where the cabling contractor and the network vendor each explain that the problem belongs to the other one.
Usually. If the existing runs are sound and terminated properly we will test and reuse them and say so. Where they are not, we will tell you which parts need replacing and why, rather than quietly re-cabling the whole building.
Our engineers are based at TDI Business Centre, Sector 118, Mohali, and cover Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kharar on site, with the rest of North India by arrangement. Networks we have installed anywhere in India are managed remotely from the iberry cloud afterwards.
It depends almost entirely on the cabling, not the software. Where usable cabling and access points already exist, the network and hotspot side is normally configured and live the same day. Where a building has to be surveyed and cabled first, that work sets the timeline.
Cabling is quoted per site after the survey, because the building decides it - run lengths, wall construction, riser access and the number of outlets. The managed WiFi and security platform that runs on top has published plans starting at ₹30,000 one-time plus ₹12,000 yearly maintenance.
Tell us the property and what is there now, and we will survey it before quoting. See also managed WiFi, UTM and firewall and our tricity service area.
